Because this vote falls during the week of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, many families may be traveling or making last-minute plans. To ensure every voice is heard — and to give this bond the strongest chance of passing — we encourage everyone who can to vote early.

Bond votes often come down to just a handful of ballots. Please know that your vote truly matters, and your early vote helps protect the outcome for our students and our community.

Below are all the ways you can cast your ballot.

How to Vote

Every Vote Counts. Especially This Year.

1. Vote Early In-Person (Strongly Encouraged)

Early in-person voting is the quickest and most reliable way to ensure your vote is counted before the holiday week begins.

You can vote early at the District Office on:

  • December 23

  • December 29

  • December 30

  • December 31

  • January 2
    - Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm

At the District Office:

  • Complete the early ballot request form

  • The District processes it immediately

  • You receive your actual ballot on the spot

  • You fill it out and submit it right there

This is the fastest, simplest method — no mail delays, no risk of missing deadlines.

2. Vote In-Person on January 22

If you prefer to vote on the day of the election:

3. Vote Early by Mail (Two Options)

Option A: Fill Out the District’s Early Mail Ballot
Request Form

If you prefer to handle the process yourself, you can download, print, and submit the official District early ballot request form.

  • Download the form

  • Complete it manually

  • Submit it by mail or drop it off at the District Office

  • Your ballot will be mailed to you

Important: Completed ballots must be received by the District by Election Day.

Option B: Optional Early Voting Assistance
(Parent Tool)

A community-created tool to make early voting easier.

If you’d like help completing your early mail ballot request, you can use this optional tool created by local parents. It simply streamlines the steps and reduces the chance of errors.

4. Absentee Ballot
(For Travel or Disability)

If you will be away on January 22 or if you have a qualifying disability, you may request an absentee ballot.

Absentee ballots have different requirements than early mail ballots:

  • You must indicate the reason for your absence

  • Travel or disability must be certified

  • Ballots must be returned by the deadlines listed on the District site

  • A completed absentee form must be submitted before receiving your ballot
